Goods never arrived
Ordered a mask at the beginning of December and still hasn’t arrived. Multiple emails saying they’ll do ‘all they can’ to help which so far has been nothing. So unhappy as had our holiday without my wife’s Xmas present which was ordered in plenty of time. They tried to say it’s my fault as the address was entered incorrectly due to billing and delivery being different. Such a shame as their advice before the purchase was the reason I chose to buy from them over 6 weeks ago! Have requested a refund and nothing forthcoming.
I wouldn’t use them again sadly.
Initially Disappointed, but ultimately responded quickly and effectively
Disappointed. My husband bought me some new fins for Christmas which unfortunately are too small for me. I just want to replace to the next size up but ‘customer experience’ insists that they won’t as it now falls outside of the 30 day period. I am told they have the right size in stock and I am happy to pay postage so won’t cost Simply Scuba anything. Correspondence has been terse and unhelpful and has now stopped responding.

Thank you to Simply Scuba for quickly getting in contact and replacing the fins. Happy to say they are just perfect

I will not order with this company again, specially if it is expensive items.
I bought some weight and other diving accessories from this company, and paid for DPD next day delivery. The order did come through the next day, but with one item missing. The package was not packed well, with seal already open when I receive it. The missing item has clearly lost in transit. I then went on the journey to get in touch with their customer service and try to resolve the issue. All I have been advised was they are waiting for delivery company to response. I finally have to resolve the issue with Paypal, which I got the refund back straight away. Very disappointed with the experience.

Item i never received
I bought a mask from this online store. And it was meant to arrive few weeks ago. Although the delivery was tracked and it even stated it had been delivered- with a picture to prove it was left in front of a doorway. I never received it. First of all that door way was never ours because ours is painted red. I contact the customer service to see what they could do but till now I have been left in a pause, as they said they will contact the courier. Fair enough it may be the couriers fault however the fact that I paid for the item And still not received the item, something should be done quite promptly instead of making me wait for few weeks.

I never received my parcel and no one seems to care been waiting for almost a month for flippers I needed for this vacation :(
Update January 2nd: order was made a month ago now and still no news about the parcel and not been contacted: I just want my money back by now !
